A GETAWAY FITNESS DAY
Our
typical "Getaway Day" begins with a beach boot camp We provide 5-6
hours of structured, intensive fitness activities per day. Each day
varies in activities. Once the day ends at about 2:30, guests are free
for beach time, spa services or down time.
